Happy SUMMER! Summer of 2026 looks a little different than past years, and I hope you agree that it is exactly what is called for! Enjoy your entire MONTH of Virtual classes, as in person classes have been placed on HOLD while you hike those trails, dig your toes into the sand, and don those Disney Ears! A LOT of our classes are either NO Equipment, or very packable equipment like a band, a yoga block, or light dumbbells - perfect to take part in with your tablet, phone, or laptop next to your favorite camping spot, or on the deck of your rented beach house!
Each of our virtual classes are available by dropping in - (register by submitting your VENMO, notating your email address to receive the link to join) - or with an UNLIMITED membership. Once taught, the video is edited and reposted as a recording - joining over 500 OnDemand videos available to our unlimited members year-round! (Venmo: Holly-Fidanzo)
