We are honored to collaborate with our local kayaking giants, eNRG Kayaking, out of their Oregon City location.  Each Saturday morning between June and October, we bring our mats out onto the docks and pump up the music with a 30 minute workout, followed by a 45 min guided paddle down the river to catch a glimpse of the Falls.  An EPIC morning experience!

From time to time, you'll want to CRANK up your own favorite playlist, but still want direction in your workout.  These are INDEPENDENT workouts that come to you with a checklist, written directions for form and technique cues, as well as short videos embedded in your checklist to visually SHOW you how to complete each exercise!

SUNDAY FLOWS

My Favorite... IF you can choose a favorite child out of your brood.

SUNDAY FLOWS is the perfect reset to your week.  Keep in mind, these are not your grandma's flows. Dynamic flows are continuously moving, use amazing music that we connect to on a SOUL level, and bring stretch, strength, and an enormous feeling of accomplishment. A flow consists of 8 movements. We will build the first four movements, set it aside, build the second half, and then put it all together at the end.

Our SUNDAY FLOWS class contains two flow sequences separated by a quick (and fun)  3 minute cardio burst to shake it all out.  Options provided for those who would like to stay standing, and for those who want to transverse easily from the floor to standing. Whatever you choose for your unique body - I've got you.
